No me resulta demasiado claro el patròn verticilar para DP. La presencia de vasos sanguineos hemangiopericitoides y el patrón de crecimiento me inclinan a pensar en un Tumor Fibroso Solitario Extrapleural (CD34 fuertemente +). Un abrazo Correntino.

Un diagnóstico a considerar podría ser Hemangiopericitoma lipomatoso (tumor fibroso solitario lipomatoso). Habría que hacer un CD99.

I agree that a LIPOMATOUS HAEMANGIOPERICITOMA (ADIPOCYTIC VARIANT OF SOLITARY FIBROUS TUMOR) should be considered in the differential diagnosis. Besides immunoreactivity with CD99 this tumor is also positive with bcl-2, HHF35 and progesterone receptors.-

I think a cheaper way to exclude lipomatous hemangiopericytoma is analising tumor margins: well circunscribed with adipocytic cells uniformely distributed inside the tumor favors lipomatous solitary fibrous tumor (lipomatous hemangiopericytoma) and ill defined and infiltrative, with extensive infiltration of adipose tissue (not present in the center of the tumor) favors DFSP. Además de lo que apunta acertadamente Romualdo, el índice mitótico también puede ayudar (serían raras la mitosis en el Hemangiopericitoma lipomatoso (0-2 x 10 CGA) y generalmente más frecuentes en el DFSP (hasta 8 x 10 CGA)) Más IHQ también puede ayudar, el CD34 es positivo ya en muchos tumores (por ejempo el neurofibroma).
